The Site Help section is a place where we try to answer the questions that you might have about using the Cancer Recovery Community Website. If you can't find the answer here, please send your questions to us using the Contact Us form.

Forums

Join the Cancer Recovery Community Forum and share your experiences with cancer survivors and carers. The forum is at an early stage of its growth and we need your input to make it a success. Help us to build a community where people can meet, escape isolation and find support and hope.

You can view messages without registering or logging onto the site. However if would like to post your own questions or comments, you must register on the community site.

Forum User Guide:

1. Arrive at the Community Website.

2. Create a New Account.

3. Your user name and password will be sent to the email address you supplied when creating a new account.

4. Enter your user name and password to login to the Community Website.

5. Go to the Forums

6. You might like to read some of the current questions and answers which others have already posted. You will initially see three forums which are; Cancer Recovery, Blog Writers and Community Centre.

7. Whilst you can read the forum posts before logging in, if you wish to post questions or replies you must first Login.

8. To ask a question or post a comment click on: Post new forum topic. Put your message title in Subject and the main text of the message in Body.

9. Press the Submit button to post your comment.

10. To reply to an existing message press Add new comment and enter then submit your response.

Blogs

Those allowed to write a blog on this site, can do so following this procedure: 1. Log in to the Website: CancerRecoveryCommunity.org 2. Click on the My blog link (under your name, on the right hand side). 3. Click on the ‘Post new blog entry’ link.

4. Type a Title for your blog and the Body field type the content of your blog.

5. To save the blog, scroll down and press the Submit button 6. Your blog will appear under RECENT BLOG POSTS 7. To edit the text in a blog you have written, click on the Edit Link.
